Nick D's tag093 source code has been scratched. But, even when I get it from github directly, it doesn't work for any NCAR python versions, either machine (Cheyenne or Derecho), so I used tag112. Also, Nick's ro2run003 won’t allow cloning with any tag (again, a python issue).

Instead, I cloned Nick's ro3run001 (similar QBO as in ro2run003), but used tag112 source code. _Assuming camdev physics is the main issue, this should still work okay.
