Added installation of local R and associated packages. Added installation of Python packages for calibration workflow. Commented out NCL/regridding stuff as this will now be in a separate container. Modified the example_case.tgz file to include calibration material/data needed. Please ignore calib_demo as this will likely need to be removed since it's in the training container now.
