Describe the New Feature

Add an option to use a default WRF physics configuration to launch a forecast. These namelists would need to live in the repo and/or S3? Use WRF provided suites, i.e. tropical and convection suites. Decide how the geographical domain is selected in this case.

List input data types and sources. Describe tests required for new functionality.
