Created the ability to duplicate a configuration instead of edit only.

Expected Differences

The configuration edit screen has a new button to duplicate the configuration and save as a new configuration.

Pull Request Testing

Test the new UI function to duplicate an existing model configuration.

@hahnd - I'm not seeing the "duplicate" button, is it deployed yet?

It was not deployed before, but it is now.

Yes, it's just because not all of the branches were merged yet. They are all merged and deployed now for the most recent UI changes: Political boundaries, style matching, and duplicating configurations.
