The density and spacing of the wind direction arrows product has some threshold hardcoded that result in too little or too much arrow density depending on the zoom level and model domain configuration make some views look cluttered and hard to interpret. Need to reassess how these data are subsetted and plotted to find a more dynamic way to display a proper amount. Suggestions include using the average arrow length and zoom scales to determine the number of data points that would be sufficient for that zoom level.
