Flesh out README with useful information including new strapline #26

Close #23 and close #22.

@davidhassell and/or @bnlawrence, if either of you has a spare minute or two, I would appreciate it if you could look over the README I have created here, to check everything looks OK and sells cf-view well and accurately. Best view it in Markdown as it will render, e.g. via this link. Thanks. (No worries if not, I am happy so will just merge it eventually.)
