Create Milestone Summaries #91

As part of larger project a write up of certain features is required. This is mainly here as a reminder to discuss what needs to be written up. However, there is a duplicate use-case for the code-base where parts of milestone write-ups can often be reused as documentation.

Absolutely. I think the milestone report would be the current documentation, and the near term plans.
