This became a desiderata for some SME groups at the May Hackathon. Sometimes a knowledge sources will short-circuit your analysis. For example, you are interest in finding drug repurposing, you want drugs related to a disease through genes, not being told about known drugs that connect directly to the disease.

Turning off a source like Pharos is one way this could be done. Another way is to allow "nots" in the machine question. Discuss.
