HMDB pathways have wrong type #485

HMDB metabolite to pathway returns pathway nodes from SMPDB. But the labels that end up on these nodes are just named_thing, biological_process_or_activity. Should be those, plus biological_process and pathway.

Also, can these pathways be synonymized to anything?
