A while back (last winter?), I ran an ammonia -> gene -> asthma query. Here is the top-ranked result:
The intermediary gene in this answer set is ADA.
When I ran this again in May 2020, ADA was not in the top-ranked answer, but rather the third answer. Here is the result:
When I tried to run this again today, ROBOKOP failed to find any answer sets.
This is a bit concerning for several reasons, including the fact that I am revising a ROBOKOP-IMD manuscript for journal resubmission. I suspect that the reviewers will run some of these queries, so I think it's important to be able to return the same answers.
