Add interventions?

For some diseases, like FAOD there are not really drugs. There are some interventions but they are things like

• intravenous fluids
• diet
• liver transplant

To capture this, I think we might need a type (not sure if that's in biolink model, but if it is we're not using it). We also need sources that return this kind of information.

This is also relevant to a lot of the discussion around Ehlers Danlos that involved exercise as the primary known treatment.
