Integrate external Biolink model library into KBA #43

The Knowledge Beacon Aggregator currently hard codes type and predicate mappings to Biolink. Now that the beacon-ontology library is not available, we should replace the hard coded module with the dynamically loaded Biolink model library (as a git submodule)

We should set up a PURL so you don't need to mess with submodules
