Updated beacon client to API 1.1.0

There are some differences between the beacon client and the KBA server API, which is currently resolved like so:

KBA uses evidence/{statementId} ; beacon client uses statement/{statementId}
- beacon endpoint contains slightly more info, so it may have extra information that KBA doesn't report
KBA uses relations (array) filter; beacon client uses edge_label (string) and relation (string) filters
- any calls to beacon client just sets edge_label to null and sets relation to first element of relations (if any inputted)
