- now waits for all conceptIds before calling exactmatches with all ids (instead of one at a time)
- updated aggregator to API 1.1.1
- concept categories is list of strings
- updated and simplified Evidence class to correspond to evidence in StatementDetails endpoint
- added statement details related fields to Neo4jStatement class
- removed no longer used Neo4jReference, Neo4jAnnotation classes, and related classes
- statement predicate has negated field
- updated ontology to include most recent serialization fixes
