So far, OrangeQ1.6_Coexpression_Under_FA is looking at comparing two genes levels in a given tissue. This is a great start.
However, I think what we need is an expression level of each gene in each tissue (because of multiple samples, would need to be normalized/calculated); then we can look for genes with similar patterns of expression against our given FA gene sets.
