We will deploy two instances using different frameworks, with identical contents
[ ] Neo4J v3, with a SciGraph API layer, as well as access via BOLT
[ ] Blazegraph
Although duplicative, these can be used to demonstrate different functionality. For example, the blazegraph instance can be used to support federated queries with wikidata easily. The SciGraph instance can support various high level queries, and will allow tunnel through to cypher queries and the native Neo UI.
The test instance will contain both graphs of interest specifically to NCATS (first case: #1) as well as a subset of existing Monarch graphs.
TBD:
[ ] use existing hardware and/or cloud accounts vs centralized NCATS (@mellybell is following up)
