Generic node conversion. #10

When we get a bionames response back, it's not formatted as a KGS node but it would be nice to make it one as simply as possible. Build reformatting framework of some kind. Currently handled as a special case in get.

This is started. Fixes the Bionames problem. A really general solution may be out of scope.
