Adding operations under /query and removing low-count operations #110

This is to catch the ITRB version up to the changes that do not require qualified predicates.

@edgargaticaCU At a glance, this looks fine. It should be fine to merge this. I tested one operation (drugbank-contributes_to-hp) and it seemed to work as expected (DRUGBANK:DB0085 input -> HP:0002197 output).

After you merge, if you want these changes live before midnight, you'll have to refresh your smartapi registration. If you have questions, let me know.
