i'm not sure if any team committed to changes for this ticket. Donepezil is still in the results, at 4.51 with 21 paths.
since i dont think any changes were done for scoring for Hammerhead, i believe there is no change for this in Hammerhead.

An interesting result for 'what drugs may treat CAS' (childhood apraxia of speech) is Donepezil. Very nice score of 96.8 but pushed out of sight by many weak results at the top. Looking at the evidence provided, in the path 'donepezil treats speech disorder, phenotype of CAS', the 'treats' part links to the AEOLUS paper ... but it's not obvious how to use this information to drill further.
On the other hand, some articles could have provided very nice support for this result, but aren't reported, for example:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4341309/ The introduction discusses the various types of apraxias, explicitly mentioning apraxia of speech. The discussion states that "Pharmacotherapy with levodopa, carbidopa, ropinirole, pramipexole, tizanidine, donepezil, rivastigmine, galantamine, and memantine also helps if recognized early."
