Steps to reproduce:

MVP1 on Premature menopause search for Lasofoxifene compound (in the top responses)

With the current Biolink model qualifiers, reasoning should be able to exclude that response (in the top ten): Lasofoxifene is an antagonist of ESR1 and therefore lead to decrease of estrogen pathways. Moreover Lasofoxifene adverse effects are similar to menoposal symptoms.

Thank you! We are investigating adding a filter to the answers returned by Unsecret Agent to ensure we don't return treatments that might actually cause the disease to be treated. Currently the filter step slows down our queries significantly. We are investigating more efficient approaches that should remove these sorts of answers without slowing down our queries significantly.
