Not a showstopper: Unexpected score that led him to question and really dig into what the score means. Assign to O&O.

This problem has been seen in many other reported issues, such as #840, #772. Let's look to see how this does after those have been solved.

Original Title: The pop-up that occurs when you hover over "score" in the results currently says that the score is based on a percentile, which is incorrect given the score is out of 5. That pop-up should also include a link to a page outlining the underlying methodology in detail. Furthermore, as this tool is designed primarily for clinical researchers, a confidence interval should be provided for the score. Alternatively, you could convert the score into categories, which may make interpretation slightly easier. As it stands, it's not clear if the difference between a 4.95 and 4.96 is meaningful or if it's just noise. -Aaron Bernstein, NCATS
