Test UI > What chemicals may decrease abundance/activity of Braf: https://ui.test.transltr.io/main/results?l=BRAF%20(Human)&i=NCBIGene:673&t=2&r=0&q=bf47b371-acf2-4cc0-9354-2cdf349b9a0d

In the UI it's one result, but looks like 2 results from Unsecret, both with Pubchem Identifier:

Tagging UI, ARS, and Unsecret since I dont know where the Node Type is coming from.

oh wait a minute - BRAF is a gene, EGFR is a protein and small molecule is for nicotine?

dnsmith124 commented 9 months ago

@sstemann that's correct! The node type filter just looks for a node of the selected type anywhere in the result's paths.

user error i guess, i still think have Gene as a filter on MVP2 is odd bc it cant filter anything because all results will include the input gene.
