A lot of top answers show the same similar reasoning chain that is not answering the question asked: GENE X (output/answer) upregulates GENE Y (intermediate node) Has decreased activity or abundance of Lepirudin. As an example, for TNFRSF1A: image

see complete list in test asset sheet. To note that I did not put TNFRSF1A as a never_show because there is other (weak though) evidence of another correct reasoning path.

Perhaps related to issue #755 but the involved ARA here is BTE.

This type of reasoning overloads the top results : this could be an issue for O&O as well.
