Some weird results:

  1. Photosensitizing Agents is the second ranked result. Based on very brief literature review, I assume photosensitizing drugs should not be used in patients with Photosensitivity Disease (basically an immune reaction to UV light). The publications provided as evidence all have to do with Photosensitizing Agents being used in photodynamic therapy for cancer, coming from SemMedDB. Looking into a few of these papers, they mention "photosensitivity" or "photosensitization" which are synonyms of Photosensitivity Disease from MONDO, so I guess that's how the connection is made. This result should probably be a NeverShow test.

  2. Blood Glucose: Kind of a weird result, coming from Robokop/Aragorn, and I was hoping to look it up in ARAX. However, Aragorn results never complete in ARAX for this query, so I don't have any additional information. But maybe the problem is something similar to the issue with Adrenal Cortex Hormones reported here; basically the node should really be glucose? (Will update this if I can get more info from ARAX)

Noting that I moved the first issue in this ticket to the Tests repo as a request for a new P/F test.

currently ARAGORN does not respond to Photosensitivity Disease in Test/Fugu - therefore blood glucose is not returned.

Photosensitizing Agents are still returned via KG2. 2 ARAs are returning so this probably elevates its score.

I'm not sure what is being done on this ticket for Guppy.

thanks @sstemann! - looks like the Aragorn work is done, and we need to tag @saramsey as potentially a fix in SEMMED ingest in KG2? I'll stick hammerhead on this one as Stephen wasn't tagged earlier.
