Monarch Link reports there are no genes associated with breast cancer, when in fact there are many genes including BRCA1, BRCA2, PALB2 and many others. Screenshot below. #886

I am not sure I understand the problem. The query is "What drugs may treat conditions related to:Breast Cancer"

So the query is not asking for genes. Therefore there is no surprise that no genes are being returned in the answer.

there are support paths in this result set that include Genes (using the left hand filter Object Type) but none of the genes listed above are in any of these results. maybe the user expected some of the known genes to be in the support path.

I think ultimately though, a good solution is to update the pre-run example queries - i ran MVP1 for breast cancer today (the link above is to a run from Feb 18, 2024) https://ui.transltr.io/main/results?l=Breast%20Cancer&i=MONDO:0007254&t=0&r=0&q=03277e0d-b711-4389-a27c-f9f62f568b72

brca1 and brca2 are in the support paths (but not PALB2)

The pre-run queries have been updated and deployed to prod, closing!
