Add info to SIDER Wiki indicating it provides 'treats' knowledge as well #893

SIDER is often reported as a source of asserted treats edges. However, the wiki for SIDER describes it as a side effect reporting knowledgebase. This may be confusing to users (and they may assume we made an error) - unless the wiki page clearly tells users that SIDER also provides information about approved disease treatments. A few simple changes to the Wiki page should address this issue.

Longer term, if the source of SIDER's approved treatment info is the same as / covered by the new Approvals KP - we should drop SIDER as a source of treats edges.
