DrugBank Target References Pub Discrepancies #901

Related to #900 not all of the DrugBank pubs are making it to the edge/UI

My assumption is this edge is representing https://go.drugbank.com/drugs/DB00396#BE0000123

But it looks like not all of the articles are making it to the ARA/UI
