The seem to be not so much different forms of it, but its presence in different combinations with other things. It seems to be a frequent component of formulations.
Noting that in DailyMed there are 439 drug approvals listing "activated charcoal" as the active ingredient, and 167 listing it as "inactive ingredient".
Why are there so many forms of Activated Charcoal as distinct results?
