This is a known issue with other predicates chain but does not look good. In this case, we should see the applied to treat look up before the 2 hop result with high Biolink prodicate level:

This is because KCL is given to treat that disease. Not sure hoiw this is ranked.

same for this compound that arrives before the used treatment:
