KGE Metadata Specification #1

The KGE Working Group wishes to iterate on a KGE specification for Translator registry metadata relating to the sharing of Knowledge Graphs documented in KGX formatted files.

This KGE registry metadata will comply with the agreed access and content metadata documented as Translator Registry Metadata.

A Pull Request targetting iterations on a [KGE Metadata Specification]() will serve as the resolution of this issue.

Initially resolved by https://github.com/NCATSTranslator/Knowledge_Graph_Exchange_Registry/pull/2. Further iterations will refine the required metadata.
