To complement the overall activity to specify a KGE Registry Architectural Design (issue #3), the KGE Working Group wishes to design a SmartAPI annotated OpenAPI 3 compliant KGE Registry Application Programming Interface ("KGERAPI") for sharing of Knowledge Graphs documented in KGX formatted files and described by agreed upon KGE registry metadata will comply with the agreed Access and Content Metadata documented for Translator Registry Metadata.

Pull Request https://github.com/NCATSTranslator/Knowledge_Graph_Exchange_Registry/pull/12 targetting iterations on a KGE Archive API Specification in this repository will serve as the resolution of this issue.

Further iterations of the KGE Archive API are being undertaken in the implementation PR.
