Resolves the issue #78 schema bug in runner_parameters tagged allowlist and denylist sub-schemata.
An attempt was also made to reduce duplication in the schema using DRY specification of $defs for a couple of embedded repeated subschemata: RunnerParameters and AscendingOrDescending
