ee attached file for MVP2 query "What drug/chemical upregulates (gene) MUC5B". These are not inferred results, btw.

This issue supercedes #154

Direction of the arrow is one issue.

Biolink allows passive forms, other issue. That changes the direction sense of the arrow.

There's a METa ticket about wrong direction - Feedback repo #409.
