.... now that ARAGORN appears to be in place and responding within timeouts. To keep the confidence scores from ARA's as independent as possible.

Though deferred past Sept in favor of ARAGORN performance, let's close the issue after we see ARA dup-results measurements. If ARAGORN and ROBOKOP stand out in reinforcing results no one else gives, and the equation ARAGORN = ROBOKOP + Strider strictly holds, that would be distortion.

Done, ROBOKOP no longer called for scoreable results.
