Make necessary syntax adjustments to examples

• fix typo in "degradation"
• adjust "mechanism_qualifier" to "causal_mechanism_qualifier"
• add "biolink" prefix to qualified_predicate examples.
• add identifiers to example text in addition to their human-readable values

These are all just syntax of example changes, with no change to the specification.
