Develop assets/cases/suites for block list

User requirements:

• Some entities should not be to be entered from the UI
• Some entities should not be to be entered from exposed API
• Name resolver should not suggest terms that seem inappropriate if proper nouns or population descriptions are entered (can provide examples, harder to test and harder to implement)
• Some entities should not return as answers ever
• Some entities should not return as answers for specific types of queries

Notes:

• Some cases might fit exactly the test assets table and use the same test runner as Feedback50 or Semantic Acceptance Tests.
• Some cases might be a modification (no query, instead have code randomly query and check that block answers never show up)
• Priorities for developing cases and deciding where and how often to tun on them should consider things: how had bad they are for the user and overall trustworthiness (high) , and how likely the are to break (might be low, depending on blocks are implemented)
