Update workflow C query categories and predicates #213

Change biolink:SmallMolecule to biolink:ChemicalEntity in queries C.1 and C.2. Change biolink:related_to to biolink:has_real_world_evidence_of_association_with in query C.1. Note that there are additional formatting changes that VS code automatically made when saving.
