Worked with @karafecho on the following changes to Workflow B Queries:

Replace B.1x and B.2x queries with B.1 and B.2 using lists of IDs
Remove B.5 and B.6 queries (starting from genes known to increase risk of DILI)
Fix broken TRAPI in B.7 branched 4 hop query

For B.3x and B.4x queries:

Add name to qnode for human readability
Add prednisone and methylprednisone to B.3x and B.4x
Renamed files to replace : with _
