This issue is to consider alternative query structures for the three-hop B.1 query. Possibilites that were suggested during the Sept 2021 mini-relay session include:
Replace DiseaseOrPhenotypicFeature with Disease OR Phenotypic Feature
Replace Gene with Protein
Remove Gene node entirely
Replace biolink:related_to with biolink:treats or biolink:prevents
Suggestions were also made to continue work on the former B.5 and B.6 queries. For instance,
