Continue development of logic-based approaches for assigning oppositeness between domain entities #4

This has been demonstrated for phenotypes (see Köhler et al).

Work under this issue may involve extending the approach to similar axiomatized ontologies, e.g. GO, ChEBI, etc.

(just some listings to demonstrate functionality)

I would like to start pushing this upstream as far as possible - have ontologies provide these as part of their releases, driven by their DOSDPs.

Many of these will fall within the ontologies used and produce by Monarch - for all the phenotype ontologies, @matentzn is the key contact for the upheno design patterns. I can coordinate with him on the best way to integrate these in.

for CHEBI and GO, I can work with @balhoff on getting the relevant axioms either directly into the ontology or a layer that can be imported.

TBD: is our recommendation for the ontology providers to state oppositeness in both directions? As these are modeled with an annotation property we don't get this inference from OWL.

Great, would be awesome to get these onto the ontologies! Definitely in!
