Dockerfiles, code, and results for three analyses are added. (1) Catalog the use of RO:is_opposite_of in current ontologies (2) Catalog assertions of oppositeness currently served by Translator KPs by analysing the MetaKG (3) Validate MetaKG assertions against the Biolink ontology (domain/range mismatches, missing classes and predicates)
