This updates the version of BMT required by this project to v1.1.0, which also updates the version of Biolink required to v3.5.0. The tests seem to be passing.
I also updated this dependency in KGX, and all of its tests pass. I would love to be able to test this further before causing any issues for downstream consumers. Is there another repo where I could try doing the upgrade that has normally shown trouble updating BMT? I do not expect issues; the changes between 3.4.3 and 3.5.0 of Biolink are primarily to the infores catalog and not to the main model.
