@sstemann Is that the right PK? The results looks like it's for a query for a "related_to" predicate / no predicate specified.

I've run the linked query (with the predicates "located_in" / "part_of" here, and I get less results. PK: 5edfeb85-d8a7-4359-b967-7850eef11394

Thanks @colleenXu i updated the ticket with both PKs

CHP can not do anything with biolink:Cell or biolink:AnatomicalEntity so 0 results is expected.
