@sstemann is it possible to add biolink:genetically_interacts_with to e01. We've included this edge in the RHOBTB2 workflow. It would be helpful to discuss these results.

@GregHydeDartmouth The point of the A.2a query (as opposed to the one you link above) is that it gets directional: that is, we know that we want to downregulate RHOBTB2. Is there a way that we can incorporate a similar edge with that kind of directionality?
