This looks like a "Disease vs PhenotypicFeature" thing. Also an HP -> UMLS issue.

If one uses a "Disease" hyperglycemia ID (MONDO:0002909), one gets back results from every ARA (I didn't wait for Aragorn to finish loading when I took the screenshot, but I assume it has a large response). This MONDO ID is mapped by Node Normalizer to UMLS:C0020456 which has assertions in semmeddb.

In comparison, the HP ID used in the original query is mapped by Node Normalizer to UMLS:C4023597, which doesn't seem to have any assertions in semmeddb.

disease query ``` { "message": { "query_graph": { "edges": { "e00": { "subject": "n01", "object": "n00", "predicates": [ "biolink:treats", "biolink:disrupts", "biolink:prevents", "biolink:affects" ] } }, "nodes": { "n00": { "ids": [ "MONDO:0002909" ], "categories": [ "biolink:Disease" ] }, "n01": { "categories": [ "biolink:SmallMolecule" ] } } } } } ```
