This has been fixed in Expander agent. See here for the fix. In short, a feature that was added here (to make sure an answer isn't the same as a question) caused an issue. The results can be viewed at https://arax.ncats.io/?r=7774 . It takes a bit to run (~10min), but will now return results. @MarkDWilliams @sstemann feel free to re-submit.

I just ran this directly against ara-aragorn and it returned >0 results and no errors. Took about 6.5 minutes. Could it be a timeout on the ARS side?

i re-ran it the same QG this morning and the results are: bb26ba2a-254a-48c5-8867-acebe4ef9ddf

but as @cbizon notes, @MarkDWilliams is investigating the timeout, we think it's set at 5min for now but may ask for folks to investigate call-back

@webyrd Unsecret but results seem uncertain @andrewsu BTE is now returning results

Similar to Aragon, ARAX takes about 7 minutes to run. IMHO, I think 20 min is a more reasonable timeout as some complicated workflows can easily take that long or longer.
