For ARAGORN there are 2 issues:

  1. Timeouts. This is going to be alleviated as we take advantage of KPs implementing semantic operations and batch queries
  2. Chemical Normalization. The query is in terms of the racemic mixture. There are also terms for the left and right handed enantiomers, as well as a non-chiral structure. Most of the data in data sources is attached to the nonchiral structure. So without some chemical conflation, ARAGORN is not going to be able to find SLC613.

CAM-KP does not have any data on chemical substance 'Modafanil', therefore, it returns no results.
