Match identifiers for ontology core and annotation core #18

currently there is inconsistent naming of fields between onotology and annotation/AnnotationsDev cores for some of the fields. ontology has field names "organism" and "tissue" should be changed to "species" and "anatomy" will make issue #17 easier because consistent naming will require a re-index of ontology core
