Add "Dev. stage" and "Sex" to summary level in fly #28

Per meeting, indexers prefer having the "Dev. stage" and "Sex" fields in the summary record level. Even though it's potentially problematic to propagate values for developmental stage and sex to all records that share a cell line or sample name or sample title, it is much more convenient to have these fields immediately accessible. The benefit seems to outweigh the cost here.

Done. I did the same for human, for UI consistency and ease of implementation.
