Empty queues #30

We've discovered some empty queues 91-98. There may be others.

I checked in the solr cores and these queues have sample data for queues 91-98 in both annotation and AnnotationsDev. the metadata are sparse for these, the only information I'm seeing here are "sample from homo Sapiens" so it's possible that depending on what is populated in the UI, that these queues are empty.

I doubt that the Janice will get through her entire queue, anyway, so let's make this fix lower priority than fixing other bugs. If it's due to a huge collection of identical sample names, I doubt it will occur anywhere else. On Mar 8, 2016 2:24 PM, "lepons" notifications@github.com wrote:
